It has only been a few days since the release of the new design and functionality of the SIPSI portal, but you can already assess the effect of the changes. We will try to introduce you to some issues that will help you manage your new account on your own.
As for issuing declarations, this can be done by one of the parties (the company/representative) from their account.
You have successfully entered the declaration into the system? Great, however you have to download it manually from the system. In the previous version of SIPSI, at this stage you would receive an e-mail with a copy of the declaration. In the current version, you will only receive the declaration reference number by e-mail.
Being aware of the changes, we counted with errors associated with the release of the new version, however, such basic functions as ' Change password'/'Modify data' should work flawlessly... A comment from the administrator indicates to set the Firefox browser as the default, promising that the problems will disappear. Indeed, they disappeared, but only those related to the clumsy saving of data on the declaration. We look forward to further fixes!
A good solution that should reduce the number of errors! We all make mistakes, but the interpretation of the mistake by the relevant services is not always ...human! Thus avoiding unnecessary and stressful moments when the document is checked by the relevant services.
New field on the declaration. Confirming who and where the documents needed in case they are requested by the relevant authorities are kept.
Very important! If your current representative in France does not have a SIRET number in France, you will not be able to issue a declaration for the employee! Don't take the risk! For more information, contact us at: [email protected]

In conclusion, if you are planning to post employees to France in the second half of 2019, take a moment to review the new reporting rules, as well as the important legislative changes announced in June and July 2019.
