  5. EURL (Entreprise Unipersonnelle \u00e0 Responsabilit\u00e9 Limit\u00e9e):<\/b> a single-member company with limited liability.<\/li>\n\n
  6. SNC (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en Nom Collectif):<\/b> a limited partnership that includes unlimited liability partners and limited partners with limited liability.<\/li>\n\n
  7. SARL de famille:<\/b> a special type of SARL that is only available to family members.<\/li>\n\n
  8. Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile Immobili\u00e8re (SCI):<\/b> a real estate investment partnership.<\/li>\n\n
