This means that work abroad is performed for a specific period of time. Accordingly, there are two periods of posting &#8211; short-term and long-term. We deal with the former when the posting to Greece does not exceed 12 months, and the latter when the employee is sent back to work for more than a year. Another important thing is that the employer must provide the delegates with the same terms and conditions of employment that apply under the law or the collective agreements used. This applies in particular:     <\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">minimum rest periods,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">maximum working time,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">salaries,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Health and safety in the workplace,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accommodation conditions,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equal treatment of men and women.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If these issues are more favorable to the employee in Poland than in Greece, then Polish working conditions are maintained during the entire period of the posting. This document is confirmation of being subject to a specific social security system. In our country, this certificate is issued by the Social Insurance Institution. An application for its receipt should be submitted before posting employees to work abroad. If the A1 certificate is missing, the country to which the employees have been posted may impose an obligation on them or the employer to pay contributions, as well as a penalty of 10,500 euros. However, it is worth noting that it is possible to cancel the penalty. To do so, it is necessary to retroactively obtain an A1 certificate.      <br><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When posting workers to Greece, you also need to familiarize yourself with tax regulations. In the mentioned country there are 4 tax rates: 22%, 29%, 37% i 45%. However, it is worth noting that Poland and Greece have signed a double taxation treaty on income and property taxes.
