New version of SIPSI available!

You have received today's email with the subject line message from SIPSI: Réinitialisation de votre mot de passe du portail de déclaration ? Then you are one of the hundreds of thousands of companies that post workers in France!

The French Ministry of Labor, based on feedback from users of SIPSI (a platform for posting workers in France), has completely redesigned the SIPSI website to be more in line with given expectations. The new platform was made available today.

This is part of ongoing efforts to simplify and clarify procedures so that foreign companies can file their declarations as quickly and accurately as possible. The updated service also provides inspection services with new, more effective tools.

The new version of SIPSI includes the following:

  • Access in multiple languages: French-English-German-Italian-Spanish. Unfortunately, the Polish language has not been implemented!
  • Improvements in various sections so that users no longer need to enter additional or unnecessary information, some information can be completed and checked automatically to reduce the risk of error, and the accuracy of declarations can be improved.
  • A specific API solution for companies and agents in the transportation sector who submit large volumes of posting certificates.
  • New accounts dedicated to contractors of foreign companies and their agents/representatives in France.
  • Other inspection authorities have access to the database consultation solution with the option of including SIPSI consultations directly in inspection requests.
  • More accurate information and effective tools are available to labor inspection officials through the working tool, particularly including new search and targeting options.

After the first maneuvers on the new-old platform, we have already noticed the first errors: a registration problem involving the entry of the owner's place of birth, after entering the phone-number it saves in an unrecognizable format. We have reported the problems to the Ministry and their administrators for corrections, respectively. Let's hope that these errors will be quickly corrected and the actual intention to improve the platform will turn out to be a reality. 

For now, we wish our customers and ourselves patience for the next few days, hoping that the ability to smoothly report employees will be restored!
